To be eligible for 25% off your first year membership with Smart Reno (“Offer”), you must be an Ownr customer. RBC Ventures Inc. reserves the right to verify your account status with you and/or Ownr and you consent to such verification for purposes of receiving the Offer. After your first 12 months, you will be charged $999 as a Specialty Contractor or $1,999 as a General Contractor in accordance with the Smart Reno Terms and Conditions for Contractors and Fees & Payments for Contractors.
