Paul has academic training in Structural Engineering and Management which he obtained from universities he attended in Jamaica. He has worked with Private Companies, large Governmental Organization and Own Company in Jamaica. In positions as Site Engineer, Quality and Material testing Engineer, Building Officer, Property Manager, Project Manager, Facility Manager and Owner Building Contractor. As a contractor designed, provided blue prints, built and renovated several multi-level houses. After migrating to Canada, he has worked as a Construction Manager for a large CP Rail Bunkhouse project in Saskatchewan as well as large residential Apartment complex and infrastructure housing project. In Alberta he has worked as a Project Manager for a factory renovation project. In Ontario has renovated several basements,bathrooms,kitchens and laundries. Paul has sought to make his contribution to the huge renovation industry by offering his years of experience in Engineering, Management and hands on Construction trade experience- to provide quality services in: Basement Renovation, Residential renovation,Bathroom,Kitchen,Laundry renovation. Fence and Deck construction and general Painting work. The Owner is cognizant of the facts that some Canadians renovate for personal use and enjoyment, while the large majority consider the return on investment that a renovation has on their home overall market value. Our objective is to provide a good customer delivery service in the planning and execution of renovation projects. We are also mindful of the safety and integrity in executing projects, and this is the reason we adhere to the building code standards in all our projects.
